Australia Clinches Victory Against India in ICC World Cup Final

Australia defeated India by 6 wickets in the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup final, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, India.
This victory marked Australia's sixth World Cup title, extending their record as the most successful team in the tournament's history.
Australia won the toss and elected to field first, restricting India to a score of 240 all out.
KL Rahul and Virat Kohli top-scored for India with half-centuries, while Mitchell Starc was the pick of the bowlers for Australia, claiming three wickets.
In reply, Australia suffered a top-order wobble, losing three wickets for 47 runs.
However, Travis Head and Marnus Labuschagne steadied the innings with a brilliant partnership of 192 runs.
Head scored a blistering 137 off 120 balls, while Labuschagne remained unbeaten on 58 off 110 balls.
This partnership guided Australia to victory with seven overs to spare.
Head was awarded the Player of the Match for his match-winning century.
Kohli was named the Player of the Tournament for his outstanding performance throughout the tournament.
