Ingredients:
250g- paneer (cubed)
2 cups- chopped tomatoes
1 cup -heavy cream
2 tbsp- butter
2 cloves -of garlic
1 inch -ginger
2 tsp- coriander powder
1 tsp- cumin powder
1/2 tsp -garam masala powder
1/2 tsp- red chili powder
Salt to taste
Heat butter in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until the onions turn translucent.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.
Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes
Add the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Add the cubed paneer and cook for another 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt to taste. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or Indian bread.
