A Sweet Blueberry Treat: An Easy Cake Recipe

Fresh Blueberries in Every Bite: A Blueberry Cake
Ingredients
2 cups -purpose flour
2 tsp- baking powder
1 tsp -baking soda
1/2 tsp- salt
1/2cup- unsalted butter
1 cup -sugar
2 -large eggs
1 tsp -vanilla extract
1 cup -milk
1/2 cups- fresh blueberries
Preheat the oven to 350F (175C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve the Blueberry Cake plain a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
